Orders are processed and dispatched during normal hours (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm, excluding bank holidays). All goods are dispatched on the basis of the services shown below however we cannot guarantee this as we rely on the services of our carrier.
If your order is urgent please do call us on 0845 450 1580 we can arrange for various delivery options these include, Same Day, Next day before 10:30, Next Day before 12:00 and Saturday. Prices will vary.
Orders above £50 ex vat are delivered Free, UK Mainland Zone 1.

Goods are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. We can ship to P.O. Box addresses as long as the full postal address is provided.
European & Non European Union Residents
If you reside outside of the UK but within the European Union we will be unable to process orders placed on the website without further contact with you. It is always worth contacting us prior to making your purchase so we can make special arrangements for the carriage of your products. We will always be happy to arrange a quote for you. Please note! We cannot accept credit card payments from EU customers. Your goods will be despatched following the receipt of cleared funds. Mail us on email@example.com for more information on how to pay.
Our carriers reserve the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Your product was carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If it arrives damaged, that damage must have occurred during shipping. YOU MUST SIGN THE COURIER'S DOCUMENT AS "DAMAGED" and report a claim immediately for us to make a claim against the Carrier on your behalf.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by governmental order, strikes, lockouts, fires, disasters natural or manmade, weather, and other causes beyond its control.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of VAT.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we guarantee to replace or refund the cost any of our products which is proven to be faulty for a period of up to 24 months from the date of manufacture. Additionally, in the event that the use of one of our product resulted in damage to your printing equipment and subject to proof, we will repair or recompense you for the value of the repair of your printing equipment. This is subject to prior approval in writing.

If you receive your labels and realise you have ordered the incorrect item we would be happy to refund the order if you return the order at your cost, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we do not refund carriage.. We do not accept returns of bespoke products.
