What are integrated labels ?
Integrated labels are usually bespoke A4 label sheets to which Invoices or Delivery notes are printed. The main application for these sheets is medium to large volume where users need a fast solution for sending out a large volume of product.
Q. What else are integrated labels known
as?
The idea is that you can remove a label from the sheet with the delivery address printed. Invoice sheet can be placed inside the parcel or packet, the address label (s) can then be attached to the outside. Many companies even print on a PPI for even quicker dispatch times. As you have an entire A4 label sheet to use and can have as many labels as you wish many companies also have a returns label.
Not all integrated labels are the same!
Why?
There are 2 main ways to produce integrated labels.
1 A forms press will take standard 80gsm paper cuts a hole in the face for the label and applied a backing patch adhesive. - These are "standard" integrated sheets. 2 A full sheet of self adhesive paper with die cut labels to the face. Produced on an A4 label press. These are our "Premier" integrated sheets.
Which is best ?
We find (as do most of our customers) that "Premier" full sheets of label paper are much better for customers to use via Inkjet, Laser printers & Copiers. This is because they are the same thickness throughout the sheet.
Disadvantages with standard "integrated labels" A stack of sheets will be double the height one end from the other. Here are some diagrams to show you why this happens.
"Standard" Integrated labels
Our "PREMIER" Integrated Sheets
Many customers may ask why does this matter? The answer is simple, printers both inkjet and laser are not made for papers that are different thicknesses on the same sheet. This means the printer may get confused and misfeed or jam as the sheet is not consistent.
So how do we make our "premier" sheets? Our Integrated sheets are a full sheet of self adhesive paper. This means that the sheets is constant so does not confuse the printer. We use a special material which has been developed named "Flex" this works great in most printers just remember to tell the printer that the paper you are printing on is "Labels"
What advantages does this method have over patched labels?
If you are a low volume use we advise to use one of our plain stock integrated labels, however if you use or would like to order in excess of 20,000 sheets per order we can customise your sheets with individual labels size, shape placement or even printing. For any enquiry over 50 boxes please do send us an email we will surprise you how cost effective the very best integrated labels can be.
We produced Millions of plain sheets with various integrated labels sizes and shapes along with millions of printed sheets which have custom artwork for our customers.
Here are a few examples of what can be done. Bespoke Plain Sheets

Bespoke Printed Sheets
Any label sheets can be printed with your logo, backrgound images etc. Many of our clients ask for a number of colours to be printed on the sheets. This is due to most customer use a Mono (Black) laser printer to over print their delivery note / invoice with order and customer details.
