How can I test your product?
Well that’s what we like you to do, “the proof is in the testing” we will supply sample materials of most of our labels products free of charge. (With bespoke products this option may not be available).
What materials do you use?
Manufacturing is carried out using only the highest quality materials supplied by the likes of Avery Dennison Materials UK Ltd, Herma UK Ltd, Scandstick UK Ltd, UPM Raflatac UK Ltd, & a host of other major suppliers.
What warranty do I get?

When will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of receipt of order. If this is not possible, we will email you with our target delivery date shortly after receiving your order.
How will you deliver my order?
We will use a specialist carrier to deliver your order. The carrier will require a signature from the cardholder on delivery. If this is not available the goods will be returned to our factory. This policy is designed to protect you from the fraudulent use of your card.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery charges are currently £4.99 for orders below £50 to UK mainland, however if you require delivery to some areas of the Highlands, Ireland or any other non mainland address, this will attract a higher shipping cost. Please click to view full list of carriage charges.
Do you deliver Overseas?
We welcome overseas orders, but are not sufficiently technical to work out the carriage and tax implications online. We will therefore confirm the price by email as soon as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until you have agreed the carriage and delivery time and the goods are ready for dispatch. You may be liable to pay import tax.
Can I get custom printing on my labels?
Yes. Our factory offers complete printing services from graphic design to 4-color process flexographic printing. Custom printing is available for sheets, fanfold and rolls. Use our custom order form or contact a sales representative at 0870 443 0790
How do I pay for my goods?
We use a secure server to allow you to use your Credit/Debit card for payment. However If you are a business client it may be possible to set up an account for you, we give 30 days credit on approved accounts- for this we will compete a credit check and we may also ask for references. We reserve the right to decline this service.

If my requirement is large enough, will you quote for non-stock items?

Can you supply my company with bulk orders at lower prices than on the website?
Yes, that’s no problem, we do special prices for bulk orders. We specialise in this, so please feel free to call us and we will endeavour to help in the best way we can.
